Terms & Conditions

1. Taxes:

   • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, local taxes, or octroi. These charges must be borne by the customer.

2. Payment Terms:

   • 100% advance payment is required before the dispatch of goods.
   • Payment must be made via bank transfer or any other agreed-upon method.

3. Shipping and Delivery:

   • Goods will be dispatched only after receipt of full payment.
   • Delivery charges, including freight and handling, are the responsibility of the customer.
   • Dhruv’s Ultrasonics shall not be liable for delays caused by transportation or logistics issues.

4. Jurisdiction:

   • Any disputes or claims arising out of transactions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

5. Returns and Replacement:

   • Goods once delivered cannot be returned or replaced under any circumstances.
   • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Warranty Policy:

   • The warranty excludes coverage for the Consumables components.
   • Warranty claims will only be entertained if:
     • The machine is properly installed with a servo and earthing.
     • The customer follows the operation and maintenance guidelines provided.
   • Warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling, improper use, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Order Cancellation:

   • Orders cannot be canceled once the manufacturing process has begun. Any cancellation requests must be approved in writing and may incur a cancellation fee.

8. Ownership and Risk:

   • Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer upon full payment.
   • Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

9. Liability:

   • Dhruv’s Ultrasonics shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages arising from the use of the product.
   • Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective parts under warranty conditions.

10. Intellectual Property:

    • All product designs, trademarks, and related intellectual property remain the property of Dhruv’s Ultrasonics and cannot be copied or reproduced without prior consent.

11. Force Majeure:

    • Dhruv’s Ultrasonics shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
